How to play
Each day has 3 holes. On each hole, get from the tee to the pin one link at a time, following that course's rule. Every link is a stroke.
Your ball moves toward the hole when a link gets you closer. When the pin is one link away, you're on the green — sink the putt by naming the pin.
Scoring
Par is the shortest possible chain plus two.
| Shortest chain | Eagle −2 |
| Shortest + 1 | Birdie −1 |
| Shortest + 2 | Par E |
| Shortest + 3 | Bogey +1 |
| Shortest + 4 | Double bogey +2 |
| Shortest + 5 | Triple bogey +3 — you pick up |
| Beat our shortest | Albatross −3 |
Hazards
- Out of bounds: each hole lists 2–3 overconnected answers. You can still use them, but each costs a 1-stroke penalty and you take a drop.
- Wrong link: swing and miss — 1-stroke penalty, try again from the same spot.
- Mulligan: your first wrong link each day is free.
No timer. Pick answers from the list as you type. New round every day at midnight Eastern.
